Information Space export issue to Web Intelligence

Dear Experts,

Everytime i try to export an information space to Web Intelligence, I am getting the below error. I tried with very less number of data set (44) to export to Web Intelligence and still get the error. The error says unable to access the repository, but CMS is up and running. Not sure what is the exact reason to cause the issue.

Any ideas? 

Our current version is SAP BI 4.1 SP5

Make sure that the input file repository service is up and running. You will get this error when Explorer is unable to save the web-I report to the repository.

(or Just try to restart the input file repository service)

Hi Narashimman - I appreciate your time for giving the response. I checked the Input file repository and its up and running. It didn't help restarting the file repository service.

Check in your logs to see if there are any errors that you can take action on.

For example, I could replicate the same error and get the details in the log.

If you have proper rights and all your services are up and running, I do not see any other reason why you face this error. IMHO, you should get in touch with SAP support and some engineer will help you  find the root cause of the issue with the logs, traces etc.,
