Agentry Work Manager SAPWM Work Thread

Hi,

We have a Work Manger deployment, which we have users syncing at the same time.

What we found is, SMP is not multi-tasking very well. For example, if someone is getting work orders, other users are waiting and sync does not process until he finish.

We investigate the logs (see below, a little bit messy) and found the SAPWM Work Thread, hope I can read it correctly, as I can see some session is just waiting while others are processing. The cpu and memory consumption is low during this process as we allocated plenty hardware resources.

Is there any way to boost SMP regarding the work thread settings? I see some setting in SMP cockpit, but do not know how exactly it works.

If we could know something more like what is the mechanism of Agentry to manage those work threads, that would be better.

Did you find something regarding that? I'm quite interested. I remember some SMP SP introduce some improvements regarding Agentry performance but I'm don't know the details.
