In FLM, can I add photo of the user entering the noting in the file?

Yes, you can add photo of the users processing the file. The system displays the photo against their noting and in the workflow. You can do so through /PSINDS/BADI_AGENTPHOTO BAdI. This BAdI contains the           /PSINDS/IF_GETPHOTO~GET_PHOTO method.  This method gets Agent Nameas input parameter and returns the URL of the photo.

Hi Karthik,

We have implement /PSINDS/IF_GETPHOTO~GET_PHOTO, In that we have used the FM (RP_GET_PERNR_FROM_USERID) to get PERNR no passing by Agent,

Using the PERNR no we are getting URL of PERNR (FM : HRWPC_RFC_EP_READ_PHOTO_URI). But we are able to see the PERNR photo only in case of approved files, not in other cases please suggest me . . . . .
