Confirm Dispute Cases Automatically

Hello All,

There are more than 3 million dispute cases in our system which are in closed status but not yet confirmed. This is causing performance issue in FBL5N TCode.

Is there a program or a method through which we can confirm all the dispute cases in background? We do not want to do it manually using 'Change Field Content' because it will take forever to do this activity.

Vineeth, You have to write the custom program to confirm the cases which are closed, but after this  also you will not see more performance improvement i think.

Did you raised note to SAP on this?

Hi Vineet,

  Did you try settings the status of the dispute cases via mass processing in UDM_DISPUTE transaction.

This might help you in changing the status from Closed to confirmed in mass.

Did you mean to say mass processing using Change Field Content ?

If yes then its not the optimized way and will consume lot of time. Any other way?

Here you can define your own mass activities.
