Data reported only on base level members

The issue : After entering datas, it can be reported only on base level member.

Step 1 : Entering datas at a crossing including the CATEGORY "Réel Analytique"

Step 2 : saving datas

Step 3 : refreshing the report

Step 4 : Changing the category member (Page Axis) for the parent of “Réel Analytique”

• Result : The datas are not reported.

Hi Anthony,

it could be related with an OLAP issue.

Try with SSAS to see if it works directly on DB.

Try a modify model with process model and see if after it works.

Try restarting the server.

1)Please mention which version you are using.

2)Try to clear meta data cache once.

3)log off and then login and then refresh your template.

1)Please check that do you have any script logic in the default logic file.

2)Please check once in back end table.

Execute below query on server.

Select * From tblfactwbmodelname,

Factwb table write back table  it store real time data.So  check once in the back end table also.

1) no script logic in the default, but a lot of other scripts.

2) I already checked that the data exist in FACT and WB.
