Hi,

SAP REFX module will provide solution to real estate business and its related day to day activities.

Like maintenance of complete property information in the system, leasing a property ( Lease in & Lease out )  / sale a property collection of rent & security deposits & pay / collection of various other charges like common area maintenance / Amenity and services Invoiced on the basis for AREA and parking slots maintenance & charges  related to that.

Providing the reports to business & management on day to day basis on how many properties occupied & how many are vacant & payment receipt status, expiry of contracts...etc.
