How to create custom UWL iview for each BPM process/application

Hi,

We have a requirement to create different UWL iviews corresponding to each BPM process so that the tasks corresponding to each process is segregated. I have explained the same in detail below:

Process A --> UWL view 1--> Tasks corresponding only to Process A

Process B --> UWL view 2--> Tasks corresponding only to Process B and so on.

Is there an option in the uwl iview to filter based on the process name or any other alternative to achieve this functionality?

Hi Vidya

Due to the  limited nature of integration between BPM and UWL I do not believe it is possible to achieve this with the UWL.

However if you were to use the recommended inbox i.e. Fiori My Inbox, or even the BPM Inbox, this is certainly easily achievable via the available filtering options.

Thank you for the response.

Would it be possible to modify the UWL config XML's to set the default 'Text' for filtering?

(Example : Filter Text - 'My process name')

The BPM process is deployed in CE 7.31(SP4) and the tasks are accessed from the UWL of 7.0 portal.
