Hello Guys,

I'm interested in writing a thesis on B2B, B2C for an insurance industry. Any suggestions or comments on ehat to focus on, or is there an interesting and existing topic which can be taken up for further research for a Masters course.

Please do let me know.

Cheers!

Hi Praveen,

B2C and B2B research topic is vital to running your business effectively and profitably. Your research topic should also have some market data where by implementing these (B2B/B2C), what was the ROI(return on investments)/impact/return on business.
You can also have some comparative study about products which are used in the market.

Thanks,
Hamendra

Hi Hamendra,

Thank you for your insights on it. This is exactly what I was looking for, but never strike my mind..One last quest, is there a way to link it to computer science (at least 10%) and my Masters deals with it.

Thanks.

Hi Praveen,

You can definitly link this with Comuter Sciece by comparing available products in market by technology. You can also propose your new product with a specific technology as per today's market by your research.

Thanks,

Hamendra

Hi Lucia,

We have many CRM products/applications (B2B/B2C) in the market which are developed in different technologies, if you talk about SAP CRM (B2B/B2C/ICSS is based on java (Struts & JSF)), MS Dynamics is based on .Net, SalesForce..etc.

Thanks,

Hamendra

Hi Hamendra,

Thanks for your answer. I am familiar with sales force but have no idea on how to start the research. Can you give me a hint or an idea.

You are very helpful. Thanks in advance.
