"Error reading the operation from the document tables" Agentry Mobile Application

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the Agentry application ( SAP Work Manager5.3 to WM6.2 ) for Plant Maintenance module .

When I am trying to complete the work order (putting TECHO status) from mobile device, I get the error message: "Error reading the operation from the document tables".

Any help appreciated.

Hello,

Are you able to complete work order from backend?. Have you debugged and see where its failing, if still an issue, please paste the logs here.
