Interactive Script editor not working (CRM 7 EHP2)

Hi,

We are now in CRM 7 Ehp2. And we are trying to use "Interactive Scripr Editor". However, when I click on "Interactive Script Editor", I am receving the following Error related to JRE.

Can you please suggest, if anything I am missing.

Have you got this issue resolved? If yes, would you please provide your solution?

I have ever got same screen, but it is not the only screen. The whole symptom is:

when I click on the "Interactive Scripr Editor", the editor is not loaded completely. on the top-left corner, there is red font error 'Error. Click for details'.  So I click on it, a dialog pops up with 'Application blocked. Click for details. Your security settings have blocked an untrusted application from running'. Then I click on 'Details' button on this dialog pop up, I got the same screen as yours.

Not sure if you have got the security dialog as me?

The way I resolved the issue is:

go to windows 'All programs'->'Java'->'Configure Java', go to 'security' tab. check flag 'Enable java content in the browser' , and lower the 'security level' to 'Medium' (Or add the current url to the list).
