Error if RSPLS_HDB_SUPPORT set to HDB_OFF in su3

Hello Experts,

I have 2 very simple cubes (both real time, hana optimized), multi over these cubes and a simple copy function from cube A to B.

I have set HANA on in RSPLS_HDB_ACT table and executed the function (sequence).

So far so good.

Then I set RSPLS_HDB_SUPPORT to HDB_OFF in su3 for my user to check the performance differences.

Unfortunately I get an errors (see printscreen).

If I set HDB_ON in su3 everything works fine, but I want to switch off in memory execution in my case.

Please advice.

Best Regards,

Hi Gregor,

Sorry, forgot to mention: we are on 7.4 SP 10.

I've checked this note before, but it relevant fo SP07.

In addition there is NO virtual providers in the multi - just 2 real time, hana optimized cubes.

Hi Andrey,

the delta and after image buffers are also (internal) virtal providers; strange is the $X stuff, the mentioned buffers have $D.

You may check/delete the buffered meta data for you multiprovider with report RSR_MULTIPROV_CHECK. If this does not help open a ticket.

Best regards,

Gregor

Hi,

RSR_MULTIPROV_CHECK solved the issue.

Thank You,
