External Customer ID is not maintained for Business partner XXXX

Dear all

While trying to save the  Loan Account , its throwing the error as " External Customer ID is not maintained for Business partner XXXX"

Kindly help me to resolve this..

Hi Lakshman G,

As I wrote in your second inquiry there are some things which need to be clarified. The same applies to this case:

Are you asking about Bank Analyzer or Transactional Banking error?

The best way is to provide transaction name where error occurs and technical name of the error (click on 'magnifier' button and double click on error message in order to get the technical name of the message).

Once you have it then kindly put it here in your inquiry. This will definitely increase the chance that the right expert can help you

I have found that External Customer Id has not been updated in BP( Financial Services Role- Additional Data).So it has been resolved.
