transaction launcher report is showing previous login user information.

Hi All,

first time we login to CRM web ui with Manager1 user , then we opened ECC transaction launcher report. after we logged off from UI then re login with another Manager 2 user details after that opened same report through transaction launcher and for this case still user information is showing previous user details Manager 1 not manager 2.

the below details are showing.

Sysytem *******

Client ******

User *******

Dynpro *****

Transaction ******

i think the back end system its not logged off because of this reason only its showing previous user details on transaction launcher report.

kindly guide me pls how to show the current login information.

Looks like you're facing the same issue as here:

And to answer your question: if you want to show current user information, just set a breakpoint within your report in ECC... if the debugger stops, you'll know who's logged in...

Please make settings as shown

As soon as the logoff pressed the SAP_SESSIONID_<SID>_<CLNT> cookie is deleted and for the same user or another user, password has to be specified to login again.

Let us know if it gets resolved.
