Different percentages are found in two different depreciation areas using same Depreciation Key!

We have an issue where different depreciation value was posted in two different depreciation areas but having same depreciation key (LINA).

Dep. Area - 01-FINLOCL

Dep. Area - 30-FINGRP

Ordinary depreciation start date was updated as 06/01/2013 in both depreciation areas (asset transferred in as part of acquisition)!

Not sure why different percentage is found!  Is any one come across this issue? or do you have any idea what could be incorrect?  You may refer screen prints in the attached file.

Not sure if intervals cause this issue!

Hi Krishnaraj,

I believe your depreciation key LINA is calculating the depreciation based on useful life of the asset. In both depreciation areas the useful life is difference, due to this there is a difference in depreciation calculation.
