SLA and TAT report in Travel Management

Hi All,

We have a requirement for report that should give the number of rejections occurred in a TRIP workflow and the time taken by the approvers to approve. This report id for SLA and TAT calculation purpose.

Ex: If there are no rejections in the TRIP workflow a field should show as 0 (Zero) and if there are two rejections a field should show 2.

Please advise how this feature can be achieved.

Hi Ajay,

from my point of view the best is to write this figures out during the workflow run into a custom table.

From this table you can than set up a custom report.
