Can anyone please advise if there is any DSO/Write Optimzied DSO on LQUA table in ECC ? And any advise on the Warehouse stock DSO, which has the warehouse stock information.

Better you create generic data-source based on table. Also you can have a look at 2LIS_03_BX stocks on material movement.
