Brazil Scenario for External Warehouse

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with how to set up an external warehouse in SAP in Brazil.  Our company has a scenario where part of the inventory will be stored in an external warehouse (not owned by our company). 

We need to determine how to set this up in SAP. When material is moved from our plant to the external warehouse, a nota fiscal will be required.  When we need material, the external warehouse will be responsible for sending the material back and for nota fiscal creation.  

We want to be able to the manage the inventory at the external warehouse as our own.  

We are struggling with how to set up this scenario.
