What do you mean by currently running ad-hoc reports. Are you referring to schedule reports running or the reports which are being view/view on demand by users.
You can only retrieve the currently running schedule reports information through java sdks, as those details are recorded in CMS database.
Information regarding reports view/viewed on demand needs to be retrieved using the audit database(if auditing is configured). However I don't see if we can get the currently running reports on demand information as the auditing maintains historic data.
