How to attach .PPT/.PPTX, .MSG file into incident Management

I am not able to attach .PPT/.PPTX, .MSG file into EHSM - incident Management. Could you please suggest some way to able to attach this format of the files? attached document is the error system is throwing. Let me know.

Hello Partha,

You have to add document types in BOBF application frame work to accept the type that you are uploading.

Go to SE16 >

use below table and click create to add document types

/BOBF/C_ATFMIME.
