SES budget exceeds error

SES budget exceeds error , SES unable to release as budget exceeds by 9,558 in WBS .

In WBS only one WO is created which is for simplex and against that WO two line items are using this WBS . The amount which is assigned as per WO line items is not matching with the BVA & CJI5 report .

Assigned As per BVA Assigned As per WO Diff

44,448,975.46 = 44,582,333.00 - 133,357.54

Committed As per BVA Committed As per WO Diff

113,193.72 = 123633.726 - 10,440.01

Help Me to solve.

Hi Omkar,

I dont see any problem here. How you calculate the BVA ? or what report you check for BVA ?

Bit of analysis require on this ? As this is only one order, you need to check the actuals / commitments per line items. Also is there any PR/PO created through ME51n or ME21N linking with order etc.

Please find the below WO, with highlighted Service line, in which commitment is not getting captured in the commitment report :

Even if we change the Value in WO, commitment did not change.
