Metrics to show Benefits??

Currently we are looking to move to SAP EWM from WM, what metrics are there for me to calculate to show me the benefits I should get inside the global supply chain?

At distribution Centre Level for example - is there truly a 30% saving in Labour cost?

Hi Matthew,

This document http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-35527 has some figures in the Summary section (last section) that might be what you need.  Could you provide a bit more information about the processes you are achieving more automation with EWM?
