Unable to get POP during the import of task list into Maintenance order

Hi All,

During creation of Maintenance / Service order, we are unable to get the POP of operations & components to select in task list.

Can some one pls help.

Already we have checked with respect to authorisation & default setting in an order.

What Option you are using to Copy Operation from Task List to Order

In case of Direct Entry & To Reference Object , I guess there will not be any POP up.

All the checks has been removed. As mentioned prior we have done settings as per standard.

And for attachment its just a pop up unbale to find. Attachment could be difficult to send.

In the user default values, check the Operation Selection under Control tab - Task list Transfer - Operation Selection

Remove the checks if you have placed in the User Default Setting in the order.
