Balance of ORD is not zero

Hello All.

I am getting error as Balance of ORD 53051126 is not zero when I try to do business completion of order, I checked planned actual/comparison iam having 500 more, just I want to make it zero, but periods are already closed, is there any way to make it zero and complete business.

Mad Monk,

There are a number of ways to handle this scenario. It'll mainly depend on whether these costs need to be settled in the correct period.

I would suggest you first talk to your Finance Team to see what they recommend.

Hi,

You have cost which is already moved as Actual, so to reduce 500 you need to reverse 500, then only you can settle and close.

Else you can just run settlement and then close the order.

TECO status can control only open PR's etc.
