Hello Rahul,
Please check if the same destination is maintained in table CRMRFCPAR.
For example,
table CRMRFCPAR has below two entries:
CRM * CMQCLNT800
CRM * TRUSTING_SYSTEM@CMQ
Here both the destinations point to CMQ/800. This should be the reason why
the status information is sent to CRM system twice. This is the cause
for the duplicate status BDOCs issue reported here. Deleting on of these
entries should solve the issue.
