Phase SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSGEN stopped during EhP7 implementation

Hi Gurus,

In upgrade processing from ERP  6.0 to EhP7 (linux/oracle), we are facing a problem on step 'MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/RUN_RSGEN' in phase Preprocessing using the SUM10 SP13.

The upgrade is broken with the following message:

We have tried to repeat the phase from the beginning, but we have the same result.

Attached logs files.

Any suggestions?

Hi Daniel,

Login the shadow system and check whether any dumps in ST22.

Do a check on tablespaces as well.

Thanks for your help.

I could not login the shadow system to check dumps in ST22 although the system was unlocked.

With the brtools I saw that the problem was in the available space in one of the "tablespace".

The upgrade continued...

Hi Daniel,

Please check the oracle archive directory file size and space. Generally in this phase error occurs related to DB side. as advised by Pavan please check the table spaces also.

Please check the Errors in alert_SID.log.

Please attach the RSGEN.SAV file also.

Could you please check the kernel version of the original system and Shadow system.
