How to unlock the LNCH system status in Lead Transaction to allow the changes in old transactions

Hi All,

I  have maintained the user status profile for one of the user status we do not want to allow update or change the Lead document i have set the user status : Lock --> LNCH(No Change Allowed). Now we would like  unlock the status to allow for changes. When i removed the associated user status to LNCH system system. Old Lead transactions which are updated with Lock not allowing to make change. Please let me know how to unlock this transactions.

Hi Ashwin,

The change of a status profile is not retroactive. So it seems the best is to use a customizd report to overwrite the status in the Database table I suppose.

I am not sure if your contest is in the Leasing business but have a look at note  893609  which could give you some hints as how you can analyse/approch the topic.
