Even after approval showing awaiting approval

Hi

Shopping cart was approved and PO was generated.But PO was edited by purchaser in three changed version.In Changed version three it is being approved by all two approvers but PO status is showing still awaiting approval.Approval

In Approval tab on the Portal on current status is showing error. but when i click check it is not showing any error

Please advise

Hi,

The first thing that jumps out to me as a potential solution to this issue would be the KBA 1697416 - Automatic approval for last step is not completing, could you please go through that and let us know if it is helpful or not?

The given SAP note is not getting applicable to our version version is SAP  SRM 7.0.Please suggest appropriate note number or advise.

If you look in the KBA I previously suggested you will see that another one which is specific to SRM 7.0 is mentioned, could you please go through KBA 1466930 - Automatic approval is not working - Linkage issue?
