I am now startinig the preparation process in my company to implement SAP Solution Manager. I have seen the system work under ITIL, but would like to know if it can also work under Agile methodology.

There is no Agile specific functionalities in SAP Solution Manager.
it does not support Sprint concept. What you could do is to create a Project for each Sprint but this will be too much of an admin work.
I will suggest personally that you do Agile tracking and reporting using other tools.

You will find some documentation to support your Agile implementation which can also be obtained through rm_main transaction on Solution Manager.
You can also adopt Agile based testing if Solution Manager is your test workbench.
