Bom Validity

Hi

I have created bom via - Production version ---> Master Recipe --- > Bom.

Using change number in Production version

Now when i want to change Bom Valid to date  to future date then iam not able to change it as its greyed out-

Bom has change number in header.

Please could you inform best possible way.

I attempted some  methods given by  forum members in all previous threads but could not able to change it.

Hello

You cannot simply change the value of this field.

Try to change the BOM with a new change number with a validity date in the future.

I want to keep valid from date same and want to change Valid to date

Hi,

This is a work around. Copy and then Delete the desired item from BOM. Then create a New Entries (Paste the copied item) and normally you will be able to change the date.
