We have the requirement to use campaign automation to send an emails (contains survey link having marketing attributes) to contact persons.
These contacts are assigned to accounts.Is it possible to update the marketing attributes at account level,
when the survey is filled and submitted the marketing attributes at Account level should be updated.
Please suggest how this can be achieved?

In the Survey definition (Refer to the Best Practice Guides checkout C37 (Lead Management) you have PBO and PAI Function Modules which manipulate the processing.
In the PAI Function Module, copy the standard Function Module and recreate as your own Z version.
Add in the required logic to update the Marketing Attributes you want updated.
