Hi Everyone,
We have a specific requirement , rather an issue where we see that multiple emails are being sent out to a specific email address say xyz@abc.com. The recipient had a auto response and an auto acknowledgement is also sent on this side in SAP E Mail settings and the email chain is moving both ways repeatedly. Is there any way where we can block the outbound email from going to this email address xyz@abc.com??.
The Recipient email id is not linked to any BP in system and hence we cannot register for DO NOT Communicate option for the BP. Restricting form SCOT also doesn't seem to be a feasible option as we only need to restrict this single email address until the issue is resolved.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!!
Hi,
See KBA 1861686 . It explains how to use ERMS rules to prevent loops in case of Out of office reply to an Auto acknowledgement E-Mail

Hi Methu.
What about creating a Dummy BP with this address and marking do not send?
Will this meet your needs?
