Dock Appointment Scheduling for Outbound

Hello Experts,

 

We are using Dock Appointment Scheduling for Outbound
process in EWM.

We have done all the necessary settings like creation of
Docking location, Loading point and Integration with ERP in NWBC.

Now I have created a Sales Order, delivery in ECC and the
delivery has been replicated to EWM as ODO.

I have assigned the ODO to TU and also assigned the Door.
The TU number has been generated.

As per the standard functionality, system automatically creates a provisional
appointment for the TU in SAP Dock Appointment Scheduling

 

But we cannot able to see the same TU as Provisional
Appointment in Dock Appointment Scheduling.

Please let us know
the cause and remedy if any.

Hi!

Check slg1. Maybe you didn't maintain number range for Appointment or something else.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the reply. But we have already maintained the number range for Appointment.

The Inbound scenario is working fine wherein if we have created Appointment in Dock Appointment scheduling and the same is replicated to EWM as TU.

But the Outbound scenario is not working from EWM to Dock Appointment scheduling.

Hi,

Did you check all prerequsites like the following:

Did you check in SMQ2 or /SCWM/MON if a queue is hanging for your TU?

Hi Markus,

Thanks for the reply. Yes we have already checked the prerequisites mentioned in the link.

Also there is no information in SMQ2 for any queues hanging for TU.
