Service Order Template Items not copying to Service Order

Hi ,

We have service order template defined in the service contract.

the service contract has line items , in which through one line item i am triggering an action profile.

by method call  function in action it triggers EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF  custom one creates service orders by standard functionality.

but service order template has three line items which is not getting filled up in the service order.

Could some help here.

till June it was working fine.
