Respected my seniors,

I have trained under sap hcm and I have 3 year experience as hr generalist.

some of my friend advises to make fake certificate for the 3 years of experience.

for this  I am  in very confusion please advise to this. ................

Well i wont recommend to make a fake certificate, I would recommend to take opensap course for Successfactors https://open.sap.com/courses/sf1 look to rampup your knowledge first by reading different blogs/wiki in SCN on Hr renewal and Sucessfactors, as this ll help you
