ETM Settlment Error on Shipping Doc Creation

Dear All,

I am new into SAP ETM. I am configuring SAP BPP for ETM for my in-house client. I have configure ETM Best practice 444_BPP_IN version.

While creating shipping document, I am getting below error -

" Document date 30.06.2015 is before current settlement date 13.07.2015

Message no. /SAPCEM/VS014 "


I am able to create requestion for an ETM Equipment but when i am want to create shipping document, i am getting above error.


Let me know how to remove this error.

I think a settlement run is done without any selection criteria because of which the date entries in J_3gkonzab table are changed.

Go to tcode sm30 and change the entries manually for table j_3gkonzab

change the dates to your last settlement date or to the date for which you want to create the documents.

In this case you are trying to create a document for 30.06.2015 but the the date in table j_3gkonzab will be 13.07.2015 . Change the dates accordingly and try creating the document again .
