HR Processes & Form: Initiate from through background job

Dear Experts

I got a little crazy requirement to initiate form through background job. Once the form is generated by background job then its have to send it to HR team for an approval. Once its approved, then it have to update Infotype.

Does anyone have an idea/experience to initiate form using FM without manual manual intervention

Yes. Depending on your version, you can start a process from anywhere. There is an "old" way which I discuss in this blog...

But the newer way is to makes use of the "Process Execute" RFC that is now available.
