Draft Documents Table

Hi Guys,

Anyone here knows where i can find the table used by draft document like AP Draft, Journal Entry Draft.

I need to get the JE details (AcctName,Debit and Credit) on AP Invoice Items draft.

Hi,

Only possible way to access draft JE is through AP draft document. It is not possible to view directly AP draft JE details.

Hi Norman,

All marketing draft documents (Sales , Purchase, Inventory Transactions) will be available on ODRF and DRF1 table. You can separate details by ObjType field in ODRF table.

For Eg: If Object Type is 22, then PO, if 20 then GRPO etc

For Journal Entry, I believe, we can't save document as draft. Instead, we can create Journal voucher and journal voucher's table name are (OBTD & OBTF)

incming & Outgoing payment Draft documents will available on OPDF Table.

I mean on the AP Draft, when right click and preview the JE  there's a details appeared.

Its only a Preview. and not getting saved anywhere.

Why you need that information in tables?

Hi Norman,

If it is a clients requirement then, what you need to do is that - go to client and then open the AP Draft document and then do right click and click on preview journal entry.

and tell them that by this way only they would be able to see the JE of AP Draft document.

Check the ODRF table for header details and DRF1, DRF2 etc for rows and other extensions.
