ECC 6.0 Network activity not creating single PR for multiple line item

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create PR with PS network activity but system is generating each line item has one PR.But my user requirement if you are creating multiple line items perticular activity it will come under one PR.

Through SCN i have activated OPUV collective requistion check box for control key.even though system is generation single pr for each line item.

I observed through SCN ECC 6.0 we don't have any option to create single PR for multiple line item perticular activity?

Anyone can suggest is there any possiblity to create one PR for multiple line litems with perticular network activity.

When you create network and assign activities, do you get a pop-up to say whether collective or Individual PR can be selected ?

I am not getting any pop up message for collective or individual PR.

I am getting only procurment type selection pop up.

After done the changes system is allowing to create the multiple line items in single PR but PR is coming one extra line item which is giving external activity details.

How can i bipass the line item which is in red circle please find below screenshot.Acutal my line items are starting from item 20.Pls suggest how can I?

Hi Srinivas,

Are you trying to achieve different number range for Material PR and Service PR ?

When you put collective Requisition, you will have one PR for one project.

could you please let me know which report you are checking.

as i see in screenshots attached here, you have created only two line items but in report shows 4 line items and you are expecting three line items only.

i think you are checking activity as well as material together.

i am not clear about this.

Above mentioned line item screen shot is ME52N.

Above screen shot 1st line item(10) deatils has given when i was creating external activities and rest of the line item(20,30&40) has given in the component overview.

system has to convert to PR which we mentioned in the component overview details.But my case external activity details also adding one more line item in the PR.

please check details of External Activity. this will also create PR.

this is why the same external activity is coming in report.

Hi Srinivas,

If it is not a problem for process, use activity for  Internal Processing (Control key PS01) , without assigned to work center.

You can generate the PR only with the material components.

Thanks for your reply.I have tried through internal process system is generating PR with multiple line item with material line items but as per my user requirement i have to skip below mentioned points.

If i am creating PR with internal processing system is taking for non stock item(N) network number but user requirement in PR it should show the wbs number.

If i am selecting stock item(L) in internal process system is generating reservation+PR but my user requirement only PR to create with out reservation.

Can you please help to achieve this.

Hi Srinivas,

When insert the materials components in network activity, if you want:

1. PR for WBS Stock, Without Reservation - Assign "Procurement Indicator PFV" for material;
2. PR for WBS Without Stock/Reservation - Assign "Procurement Indicator PF" for material;

If assigning "Procurement Indicator" in material will not need to assign Item Category.

Above asked 2 points 1 for PR creation for Nonstock (N) with wbs instead of network

                                    2 for PR creation for stock (L) without reservation.

As per you reply 2 point it is working as per my requirement, but 1st point still need to find the solution.

When i was creating non stock(N) system automatically selecting the procurement type "Purchase requisition for network" but it has to select Purchase requistion for WBS.

Can please assist to change the procurement type from Purchase requistion for network to Purchase requistion for wbs.My Material master procurement type has given on "F"

OPUV is only setting for collective PR. please check by creating new Project.

if you get same than please attach some screenshots too for understanding.

Please check OPUV for combination of Plant (7011) and Network type (PS02).

Please check CollctveRequistn as activated with combination of Plant and Network type.
