B1if Draft Document Event

Hi i am trying to get information for Document Draft.

But when Draft Document added it's going to Filterd and also it's show object type 1000013

I want generate CSV for Document Draft newly added draft document. Please any one help me out of this issue

Hi Narain,

As Owen suggested, Object Id 10000013 is related to Unreported VAT Transactions OUTX, UTX1.

1. Event Sender service is configured ?
2. To get B1 Events being succesfully processed your step needs to be active.

I have some example to share if needed.

Yes, Please share examples. The user save sales order draft document,When new document Saved in draft i will generate xml file and send to User.

some screenshots of my step configuration, assuming B1 Event Sender has configured as well:

Scenario Step design:

Scenario Inbound definition:

Scenario Inbound Channel;

Scenario Retirval definition:

Also open and Save Scenario Inbound Formatting to let B1if save it as dynamic.

Don't forget to define Sender List in Scenario Setup. Then activate the step and see B1EventLogging for the Draft being successfully

Sorry but have little time in these days.

Maybe event sender is not configured correctly, server names must be the same on both event sender and license server, this is a common error for example.

I will write an howto as soon as I have some time.

Hi But other event trigger correctly. I created Sales Order package it's work well. Here also event trigger but object id shows 1000013. That's the problem.

Hi,

Do you have some additional code in your transaction notification or post transaction notification? Remove this and test again.

Could you check you SEVT table in you SBO-COMMON (shutdown eventsender).
In this table the events are stored (until the eventsender process the records).

Are there objectType 112 (draft) records stored?
