FSCM Credit Management - Post go live activities

Former Member

Hi,

I am new to FSCM Credit Management. We have a requirement to migrate from R/3 credit management to FSCM credit management.

How would it be possible to update the credit exposures in the credit segments of the business partner which will be linked to existing customer's once we go live?

Can this be achieved by data re organization program UKM_RFDKLI20?

What would be the post go live/cutover activities which are required to be performed?

Thanks,

Bhavik Shah

Hi Bhavik,

FSCM supports exposure deletion and rebuild approach at any time(even post go-live).

* Deletion program: UKM_COMMITMENTS

* Rebuild program:

To recreate the credit exposures from an SD system

- Target : Category 100/400/500

- Fundtion Module: UKM_RVKRED77

  . you can rebuild both item and totals exposure

  . use UKM_RFDKLI20 to recreate the credit exposure after organizational changes

    (eg. credit area,credit segment)

To recreate the credit exposures from an FI-AR system

- Target : Category 200

- UKM_TRANSFER_ITEMS

  . you can both rebuild item and totals exposure

you also can find general info from SAP help;

The design should help you identify your post go live activities.

You will need to record your limits against the BP's at the relevant segments (manually entered or derived)

There are standard programs to update the credit exposures as well.

When you build the system you will obviously be testing this, so you will know when programs need to be run.

Hi Mark,

It would of help if you can list down the standard programs which updates the credit exposures.
