Purchase Order with price zero

Hi expert.

I would like to know whether it is possible creating PO with net price = 0.

It is required to create PO with net price = 0 when running ME59N.

However it appears to be difficult because the system gives me messages saying "Net price must be greater than 0".

when creating POs in ME21N.

Or, is it possible flagging "free item" or unflagging "invoice receipt indicator" automatically when running ME59N?

Any help is welcome.

Thank you for your replying to my question.

The SAPnote you posted really of use of reference and may helped me.

I would love to use ME59.

However I have another question about that.

Now we create purchase requisitions by running MRP.

Let's say we create PO by using the transaction ME59 in substitution for ME59N, but I wonder if I can control flagging the "invoice receipt indicator" of the Preq or not, when creating by MRP.

I do not have any ideas for this.

If you may, I would like you to teach me one more time.

Have you already tried with a contract as source where the invoice receipt indicator is removed, which means automatically free of charge item?

Hi,

PO won"t create without Price  and the price should be greater than 0".

If check free item check box then it's allow to create PO, once you check free item check box net price field won't appear

For Auto PO, In PR free item check option not available AND Invoice receipt indicator is not set, the goods are to be delivered free of charge. And with out maintaining Valuation Price PR won't create. As my under standing Auto PO not possible with zero price.
