Make fields mandatory in Q notification

How do I make material and code group field mandatory for quality notification while creation.

I checked OIAL and found Code grp there. But could you give me the IMG path of OAIO?

Is it for QM notification or PM? Will it effect both? And in OAIO I am not able to understand for which notification type I am doing the change.

OK, That was PM route. You need tcodes OQM1 and OQM3. However you go through this navigation of SPRO.
