Hi All,
We have an issue with dashboard tool. After installation BusinessObjects Dashboard 4.1 (service pack 3 and patch 6), we can't open dashboard tool. We are facing below error and we are using Windows 7 Service pack 1 and 64 bit operating system.
We tried Armands workaround, it is also not working and earlier machines (32 bit operating system) the same software working without any issues. Please suggest us...

The 64 bit OS is not a problem. Check if you have any other version of dashboards installed. If yes, un-install it.
Also try to run the dashboard as administrator. Check your DEP and UAC settings.
As you are using Windows 7, I believe UAC could cause this issue.
Go to Start -> Run menu, type msconfig and click on OK.
In the System Configuration window go to Tools tab->select ‘Change UAC Settings’ and click on Launch. Change setting to ‘Never notify’ and click on OK.

Thanks for your help, but we had same issue after this changes also. And your correct we are using Win7 Enterprise Service pack 1 and its a new machine, so no chance for any other dashboard versions are installed. We are checking against 32 bit OS machine its working without issues.
