Approval Button is missing

Hi GRC Gurus,

WE are working in SAP GRC AC  SP07.

We recentely pass from DEV to QAS environment BUT at QAS. We dont have the approval button, we only have Close Button.

We put some guide pictures.

We have the same configuration in both systems.

Anyone can help me ?

Hi,

Have you checked MSMP setting (maintain paths) for that process id ??

In Task Settings select Approve, Reject and others if you required and save the setting and once again save and simulate whole process and activate it.

Could you please cross check Access Request Approval form has been changed directly in quality ?

I mean Is that approve button made in visible via SE80 ?

As you said Dev is ok, then please collect it Access Request Approval form in transport from dev to qa.

are you not getting this submit button at a particular stage or in all approval stages. can you tell what are the approval stages and which stage you are getting this issue.

Hi Nishad,

Yes, submit button are not displaying, at first stage, GRAC_MANAGER, when the Resquest goes to approvation.

We are the same workflow and configuration at DEV and QAS. But in QAS we dont have the button.

Additionally to what Rafael has mentioned check the authentication of the user. If you are using a guest account in the webservice for authentication then it won't work as the logged in user is the guest account.

Please share some more information.

I suspect that the account it's not a guest account, because the user in the past could approved others requests.

Where/How can i search for solve this problem ?
