Hi

We are developing EP 7.4 SP 11, unable to view content area in as like below screenshots, roles are correctly to user, standard roles also showing same issue (Content provided by SAP) folder

Hi,

     Is this happening for all the Standard Roles or only with your Custom Role?

If this Content area is not appearing for only the Custom Role then check the Page properties under the Role which you have created or assigned and also check in NWA logs.

If this is happening for Standard Roles also then there would be some bug with the Portal, then check whether content area iView inside the Standard Ajax Framework Page is enable or not. If it is not enabled . please enable it.


If the iView is enabled by default then if you still face the issue, then you need to update the some patches related to EP. Please check with SAP on this.

Could you please refer the KBA # 2016845 - Using Portal with Internet Explorer - Quirks or Standards as browser  document mode, and implement the resolution part of it. And check if this resolves your issue or not ?
