Hello Experts,

                 We are working on Work Manager 6.2.We able to download Notification. But we are not getting Work Order and Equipment.

So what configuration we need at Syclo side to get Work Order and Equipment???

Hello Sravanthi,

                     MDO related to Work Order and Equipment are active in config panel as shown below image.

                       We not make any customization with Work order and Equipment where as we did customization in Notification.

                        So can you Please tell me where we are missing. Is there any document for Workorder Configuration please share that one.

Hi,

Check weather the MDO related to equipment and work order are active in configpanel.Are you downloading the standard application or done customizations?.If customizations are done, make sure that the custom class is mapped in MDO and Mobile application parameters,verify filters,resultset field selections..etc.

Hi,

Kindly check the filters for Work Order and Equipment in Config Panel. You can debug the MDO classes and check the filter criteria.

What assignment type you are using to fetch Work Orders?
