Editable Sales Organisation field in STO (ME21N)??

Hi

I want to make the grayed out Sales Organisation field editable in Shipping Data Tab in Stock transfer order as it is fetching single value from configuration and it is Non Editable.

Please help me in achieving this Requirement. How can it be done??

In some scenarios we have some Materials maintained in multiple sales organization.

Wouldn't it make more sense to build a robust logic to find the right sales org instead of having the user decide and enter it?

Issue is I am making a STO in same plant for two materials with different sales org, but system is picking the Sales Org. based on plant in Configuration, In this case, error is coming that material not maintained in different sales organisation.

And you think you can get around this error by making a screen field editable?

That would certainly be the wrong approach. The standard design asks for just one sales organization which is assigned in customizing. If you want do it differently then do the determination in an exit,  and make sure your master data is properly maintained for this event.

Its SAP Standard and not editable. Why do you need multple sales orgs ? It will always be a single value.

The field value is picking from img path OLME-Purchase Order-Set up Stock Transport Order-Define Shipping Data for Plants. You can't change it in purchase order (STO) line item. It is defined in standard SAP :
