latest kernel 721 patch 500 compatibility issue. Ex- MDM 5.0

Hi All,

We are planing to upgrade the latest kernel 721 patch 500.can you please any one provide the impact on after completing the kernel upgrade.

Note : we have MDM 5.0 on the same landscape.we are wondering it will impact on our MDM system?

Please also read the following SAP notes:

1975687 - SAP Kernel 7.21 (EXT) replaces SAP Kernel 7.20 (EXT) as standard kernel in Q1/2

1713986 - Installation of kernel 721 (EXT)

and specially section "Downward Compatible Kernel" from SAP note:

1744209 - SAP Kernel 720, 721 and 722: Versions and Kernel Patch Levels

Could you check the PAM https://service.sap.com/pam (Require SAP S-user id) I think it will not support the kernel 7.21,
