No full fill data in Datasource for PM 2LIS_17*

Dear Expert,

I'm try fill setup table for PM datasource with below step:

- Active PM datasource in LBWE

- Delete setup data in LBWG with key = 17. Check in both notification (Event I0) and Orders (Event I3)

- Reconstruct structure in OLIIBW

This is the first time I fill setup table for PM datasource in new system.

My system ECC 6.0, with SAP_APPL 605 Level 9

I check in table AFIH have 50000 records

But after fill setup table, I only get 3 records in datasource 2LIS_17_I3HDR (check in RSA3)

The same problem with all datasource 2LIS_17* (some DS return 0 record, some DS return 1 or 2 records)

I dont get this problem with another datasource as Sales, Purchasing or Inventory

Please let me know if i miss any configuration?

Dear all,

I have found the reason for this issue

I checked TCode OQN0 In ECC, user setup notification category for notification type = 03 (service notification). So, all records save in 2LIS_18*

Hi,

Again delete set up tables data and refill again.

While filling just check Event I3 only.

Later check logs at NPRT.

After you can do RSA3 extraction and see.

Assumed as you activated data source properly at LBWE.

I have delete setup and refill again

I just fill Event I3 only and check log in NPRT as picture below

And then, check in RSA3,  there're 3 records in 2LIS_17_I3HDR (no any  restrict in selection)

Table AFIH have 55,105 records

What do you mean active datasource properly at LBWE.

I activated same another datasource as sales, purchasing

Seems like you didn't enter any termination date while filling set up tables.

its showing as 00:00:0000.

Can you repeat above steps(delete and refill set up tables)

But while filling set up tables, use termination date as future date(07.07.2015) and time as 11:01:00

Hi Raman,

I have enter termination date is next day and 23:00:00 for time.

But log show 00:00:0000 because filling setup tables very quick, it's done instantly

I try with run with Background but I get same issue

I dont think there're any problem in my filling setup table

Actually, I alway get 3 records in 2LIS_17_I3HDR after fill setup table
