Transfer Attachment from AR to Dispute Case

Business attach document in AR document posted through lockbox or ACH. We have the requirement to transfer attachment from AR document to Dispute case linked object. So that it can later transfer to CRM. Please help me to understand if there is any configuration or functionality available within SAP.

please note there is a dispute case F_D3 - that allows Dispute information to be sent to SAP CRM.

Please look into this process - you will need to be on Enhancement Package 5 in ECC6 for this to work

We can transfer attachment from dispute case to CRM if it's under linked object. But challenge is to transfer attachment from AR document to dispute case under linked object.

Hi Pooja Gupta,

Please check BAdI GOS_SRV_REQUEST (via transaction SE18) and read the available documentation. I think this will help you to implement your own code.

I don't know if there is any BAdI or function module to assign attachments to dispute cases, but maybe you can check this with the help of an ABAP consultant.
